The Ontario Centre for Engineering and Public Policy's newest
articles are now available in the Policy Engagement section of the
March/April 2013 edition of Engineering Dimensions, the bimonthly magazine of Professional Engineers
Ontario.
Michael Davis, a philosophy professor at Illinois Institute of Technology and a senior fellow at the
institute’s Center for the Study of Ethics, delves into the social and professional responsibilities of
engineers. Also in this issue, dean Janusz Kozinski, P.Eng., and communications specialist Eddy Evans, both
with York University’s Lassonde School of Engineering, explain the school’s renaissance engineer concept and
why it is a sound model for 21st engineering education.
